- Each support slot is 20 minutes with a technical expert.
- You can book a maximum of 2 slots per day, with at least a 1-hour gap between them. Back-to-back slots are not allowed.
- Each slot needs its own query submitted in advance.
- Only the questions you submit in this form will be answered. New questions cannot be raised during the call.
- Clear queries submitted in advance help our team solve your problem faster in the live session.
